Country Legends 98.3 general
contest rules
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Winning
households are ineligible to win another prize on the
station for 30 days.
3. Winners
are responsible for any and all federal, state and local
taxes which may be payable due to receipt of prize.
4. One
winner per household.
5. Station
reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.
All prize award decisions are final. The decisions of
station management are final. Station may change rules
at any time during contest.
6.
Participating sponsors and their employees are not
eligible. Employees of this radio station and other
radio stations are not eligible.
7. Prizes
may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred or
redeemed for other prizes by the winner. Cash will not
be awarded as a substitute for prize.
8. Winners
may be required to execute and return an affidavit of
eligibility and release as a condition of winning. Where
applicable, tax forms must be completed.
9. Winners
must present a photo id before prize will be
distributed.
10. Prizes
not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited by the
winner.
11. By
entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify
GHB broadcasting corporation, WEAM quality radio corp.
and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
directors, officers, employees and agents against any
and all liability, damages or causes of action with
respect to or arising out of either the entrant’s
participation, or the receipt or use of the prizes
awarded in the promotion.
12. Station
is not responsible in the event of technical
difficulties with any equipment, including telephone
equipment during any and all contests.
13. Station
is not responsible for events beyond its control such as
canceled concert, artist or performer non appearance or
acts of god.
14. Contest
rules may vary with individual contests.
